Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.
- Use Restore Purchases inside the app if your subscription or top-up is missing after reinstalling.
- Sandbox and TestFlight subscriptions renew faster than production subscriptions.
Account deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from the You screen. Deletion removes your profile, dimples, pairing data, and stored avatar/memory content from dimples.
If you have an active Apple subscription, cancel it separately in App Store settings before or after deleting your dimples account.
Troubleshooting
- If purchases look stale, open the You screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- If a generation fails, try again with clearer photos or fewer heavily obstructed images.
- If a linked partner balance looks wrong, wait for billing sync and reopen the app.
